Um ein effizientes Arbeiten sowie Konsistenz und Qualität der Übersetzungen zu gewährleisten, verwende ich folgende Übersetzungssoftware: SDL Trados Studio 2014, memoQ 2015 und Across v.6.1. Anfragen zu Übersetzungs-, Proofreading- oder Redigieraufträgen können über das Internet, per Fax bzw. telefonisch an mich gerichtet werden. Kostenvoranschläge erteile ich gern nach Durchsicht des Skriptes. Ich nehme Quelltexte sowohl in elektronischer Form als auch auf postalischem Weg an. Die Übersetzung wird Ihnen dann zum abgesprochenen Termin im wunschgemäßen Format geliefert. Die Zahlung erfolgt per Banküberweisung auf das Konto, das Ihnen bei Rechnungsstellung mitgeteilt wird. Ihre Daten werden von mir selbstverständlich streng vertraulich behandelt. Auf Wunsch erhalten Sie eine von mir gegengezeichnete Geheimhaltungserklärung.
In order to ensure an efficient work flow, as well as consistency and quality of the translations, the following Translation softwares are used: SDL Trados Studio 2014, memoQ 2015 and Across v.6.1
. Inquiries about translation, proofreading or editing can be made through the Internet, via fax or by telephone. The rates shall be agreed in written form with the customer following examination of the documents to be translated. I accept files in electronic form as well as by post. The translation will be delivered to you within agreed time in any agreed format.
Payment is asked by bank transfer to the account that will be announced on the debit note.
Your data will be treated by me in the strictest confidence. If necessary, a countersigned Non-Disclosure Agreement will be provided.
